PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reconcile credit card charges and employee expense statements.,
  • General ledger coding and entries
  • Enter and track expense reports.
  • Enter and track vendor invoices and other payables.
  • A/P, A/R, and general accounting duties
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Support the department's overall mission and objectives.
  • Support the agency’s core values.
  • Must have Excel and MS Word experience.
  • Excellent prospect for advancement within 3-5 years. Gain experience with the agency’s billing process and receive training in other higher-level tasks that will create an open path to Senior Accountant and Controller positions.
  • Must be able to pass an accounting test.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
